Eunmi Lee, Esquire is the co-owner and legal counsel for Midnight Chimes Productions. As a legal counsel she has provided invaluable expertise in drafting hundreds of contracts and releases and has provided sound legal advice on every pivotal issue. She has also helped to negotiate and bring to fruition deals that brought Midnight Chimes' shorts to video phones in over 12 countries and on broadcast televsion in San Francisco and beyond. Eunmi is also serves as executive producer for all projects including and has uncredited writing contributions throughout the compilation.

Eunmi is a 1992 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in legal studies.  She received her Jurist Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School of Boston. She is the Principal/CEO of  Encompass Law LLC and concentrates in real estate law and entertainment law.
